ARE YOU INSURED & BONDED?
Yes! We are insured & bonded through a national insurance company, Business Insurers of the Carolinas, that has many years of specializing in pet sitting businesses.
WHAT IF MY Pet NEEDS
CONSTANT MEDICAL ATTENTION?
All of our staff members have been trained as Veterinary Assistants. Most of our team work, with us full-time, so this is their job! They are able to spend as much time & providing as much medical care as your pet needs.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
Yes! We have experience caring for exotic birds, chickens, reptiles, & fish in addition to dogs, cats, & pocket pets.
Do You Offer In-Home Pet Sitting?
Yes, we provide overnight pet sitting in your home, not in the home of an Ohana PWA. For overnight in-home pet sitting at a pet sitter's home, we highly recommend the staff members at Camp FurKids.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept payment by debit or credit card only. At the time of booking, you will be prompted to enter your card information into the Time To Pet app. Payments are processed two days after the last completed visit.
DO YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC SERVICE AREA?
We regularly provide services to all of Louisville & Southern Indiana as well as occasionally pets who live outside of Louisville; if you live outside of Louisville & are interested in our services, please get in touch!
Additionally, we are able offer services to pets in and around Vancouver, WA.
